well it's not wise to drink while on ever cause it can put more uneeded stress on your liver and hinder gains. however im stupid and drink every so often while on. i would advise not to
Well it certainly won't help your gains as alcohol denatures proteins and hormones to a degree....a small amount of alcohol won't hurt, it's when one beer becomes 2 then 3 then 4 and so on...
I personally drink 4-6 ounces of wine twice per week for the cardiac beneficial effects...beer and har liquor are out for me...unless you factor in the couple of mls of ethanol I drink a week...."from liquid research chemicals."
Ya lately I've been drinking like carzy to tell you the truth.i just got back from being acctivated for the military and I have gone to almost all the Nets home games since I've been back, and i cant help but drinking all day and going drunk and I plan on getting a 12 pack tonight with my girl to watch the game.I know I know it's not good but once B-Ball season is over I will go back to every once in a while, and the fact that I have not found a new job yet has not helped me either
