Alcohol in gear

Does alcohol in gear disperse evenly throughout the bottle or does it float on top of the oil? Last shot of the bottle seems to be painful. Im running test cyp and eq, I dont know if one was overfilled or underfilled but I have almost 1ml more in my bottle of cyp, which was always painful by itself when shot.
