I like to drink a few beer's every saturday, it has never inhibited my fat loss to any real extent, but then again I have never been this hardcore without drinking. I know alchohol supposably raises the estrogen over test ratio but to what extent? And for how long? Same question about the lowering of the metabolism. Any pro's and con's on drinking would be appreciated. I really enjoy having a few beers on saturdays but if it's going to hold me back from my full potential then the hell with it.
