ALCAR and Trex????

Im going to start my clen cycle in 2 weeks and was just brushing up on some more info/going through old posts and i came across these 2 supps. One post said use ALCAR for heart health while on it (which is the major side effect IMO) but the only ALCAR i can find is acetyl L carnitine... same thing??
Also read a post saying that clen and trex is a good combo but i cant find any info on it... anybody know what it is????
