Albuterol Log book

april 17, 2007, I am down to 188 on the scale. My lifts continue to go up so I do not think I am losing any muscle mass. I have had a day or two of slacking on diet and exercise a bit but nothing terrible.

I really like Albuterol, much Much, MUCH! more comfortable than clen and it doesn't fuck your cardio like clen does. Theres also some evidence that it may be slightly anabolic and I remember seeing a study (cant find it now) where it increased strength.

using keitofen (sp?) or benadryl will avoid the need to cycle it.

Oh yeah, wrong board.

your a college athlete and ur fastest mile ever is nearly 9 minutes WTF, im also a college athlete 6'6" 225, and i have to run a 6:45 mile just to pass my pre season testing.

what the fuck? you first said you started at 192, next you said you got down to 198, which doesn't make sense... and the last post youre now down to 188?! so you went from 198 to 188 in 5 days?

I am using Albuterol in place of clen to help me cut a bit. The "cycle" isn't a real cycle but it is to help make sure my body doesn't adjust to it as quickly. This is common with clen and albuterol from what I have researched. There is a whole sticky on albuterol on this forum and how it can be used in place of clen. The abs are for the summer, not for rugby and I play college level rugby.

Is there a way to post a spread sheet on here or should I just type everything out for my training program.
Albuterol is primarily a beta-2 agonist that dilates the bronchioles. In high doses, it does have cross-reactivity to beta-1 and beta-3 receptors. (It is beta-3 that mediates lipolysis, or use of fat.)

Clenbuterol has more cross-reactivity, which is why it's rarely used for asthma anymore. It causes increases in heart rate and lipolysis.

You really shouldn't be taking either without physician supervision. As someone has already mentioned, you could end up in the ER, ICU, or even dead if you aren't careful. I once saw a clenbuterol overdose in a bodybuilder who presented with a heart rate of 220, a blood pressure of 70/30, and was completely comatose. I cardioverted (defibrillated) him 3 times before a friend came in and said what he was taking.
