Ive read around and heard you dont have to cycle off albuterol like you do with clen every 2 weeks.
Is this accurate information?
I was thinking if this is correct, could one try 2 weeks on albuterol then 2 weeks clen without using keto?
albuterol and clen are almost the same except clen is much more harsh.
both should be used with caution and if you notice sides you need to be careful. clen especially IMO has no business being used by any newb or recreational lifter. sides are not worth it
Yes, Albuterol is a much better option in terms of sides vs Clen. They both need to be cycled though, since they both will down regulate your beta receptors

great, thanks this is what I been trying to figure out.
Would you suggest 2 weeks on 2 weeks off for albuterol?
Thats the way I normally use Clen, but I dont know if I should use albuterol in the same method.

Albuterol IMO is not only safer then clen but has less sides and if done right can have better results as well. The only downfall to it is you have to take a lot more doses throughout the day.. Then again anything that clears faster allows you to discontinue and prevent side effects you may be having faster too.. Its just a much safer option with as good if not better results imo..
Plus Clen is hard on the cardiovascular system amd the Central nervous system if you're not in tip top shape expect to run into some problems such as high blood pressure.Borderline stroke ..etc.
