albuteral dosage

hey ladies just got some albuteral for the wife. she wants to lose about 25lb. diet and cardio in check. Whats the recomended dosage. Shes 5'7 about 140lb 32 years old. A friend of hers told her to try but culdnt tell her how to take. liquid. Thanks for input. Mr.M

I think you would have to tell us what the amount of active albuterol in the liquid is.

To be honest though, if she is looking at losing 25 lbs, fat burners are only going make a small dent in that.

Do you know what her bodyfat is?

Really, unless she is below 17-20% bodyfat, I don't think she will be very happy with the results.

A lot of the beta-2 antagonist fat loss drugs lose their effectiveness within 2-6 weeks, so at a 2 lb loss/week, that is only 12 lb max.


Also at her height, her weight doesn't seem that high.

To focus on a number on the scale is a bit of a lose-lose situation.

Is she doing any weight training?

Without doing any weights, usually dieting and cardio just has women end up being smaller versions (not toned up versions) of what they are now.

I would recommend she focuses on fat loss rather than weight loss.
