alapesha

A friend of mine finished a courese of primo clen. about 2 months later he got alapesha on his head.

He wants to start a new course of test E and deca. Will this worsen his hair or has this anything to do with it?

you probably mean alopecia areata -

was he diagnosed a having alopecia, or is he just assuming that he lost hair so thats what it is?

alopecia is most commonly one or more circular bald spots usually about quarter sized

if it was after aas use, it may have been a Telogen Effluvium (a shock fallout), which is a diffuse shed all over his head including areas not usually associted with male pattern baldness.

which does his sound most like?

well AA is an auto-immune disorder. the hairloss is caused by an inflamatory process, and commonly treated with CATABOLIC steroids (local cortizone injections -- synthetic cortisol basically-) which reduces swelling and allows the hair to regrow.

I'm just guessing, but since anabolic steroids block cortisol receptors, it would probably be counter-productive at minimum -- ie pro-inflamatory

So Just to Clarify. Would you run Test E and Deca now or would you wait or just stop altogether?

Alopecia is treated with synthetic cortisol (a catabolic steroid)
Anabolic/Androgenic steroids block cortisol receptors.

what would you guess based on the above?

a correct guess gets green K
an incorrect guess gets red K

Go!

I take that as a no then

Thanks

green k for you lol

remember I'm just extrapolating from what I know about the condition, treatment, and the effects of aas.

I havent read any studies anywhere that talk about it one way or the other. but if it were my head, I'd stay away for awhile
