Can anyone tell me if taking 250mg of ALA is enough if not how much should be taken. Also does anyone know were to get it at a cheaper price I just paid 20. for 60 caps 250mg. Thanks
 
Thanks bro, when should I take this and how much at one time. Thanks for the advice you have been giving over the last couple questions I've had.
 
I would split it up over your meals. Like 1/3, 1/3, and 1/3 of your dosage, whatever it is you want to do.

I wouldn't do less than 600mg/day, but like I said, you get much better results from a gram/day.
 
I take 200 mg with breakfast, 400 mg. with my post workout shake, 200 mg. with the next meal, and 200 mg. with the next meal.

I also wouldn't go below 500 mg. per day and I doubt that 250 will give any benefit.

Kilosports is the best deal I have found by far.
