ALA (Alpha Lipoic Acid)
It is an enzyme which is associated with energy production and in the production of glutathione - a powerful antioxidant. ALA is able to function as both a water and fat soluble antioxidant which means it is capable of producing energy from sugars and fat. From what I have read R-ala, glucorell, is way better than regular ala.
