ALA?? wtf

I got some ALA 450mg from synthold, the stuff looks like vitamin e and I'm taking 2-4 a day and there is no smell what so ever to my piss.. Not that I'm lookin to make my piss smell but correct me if I'm wrong, isn't that a tale tell sign of ALA in the system?? I emailed the guy wanting my money back or a replacment and he basically told me he would not refund my money just because my lack of knowledge, training, and diet the supplements were not working for me. Basically saying that ALA doesn't have to make your piss smell to be real?? Is this BS or is there something else I need to know??

I must say...ALA in a liquid-cap form sounds fishy to me. On a certificate of purity for ALA... it says the appearance is a pale,yellow crystalline POWDER. Since when did they start making ALA in liquid form ? Anyone?

The guy there used this board as a reference?? Said there are many posts about the effectiveness of his product? I have been a member hear for awhile, I don't post mutch but do read alot and do not remember seeing anything about his bogus products..that's probably why.. Has anyone here ever ordered from this guy? Anyways I'm out $45 and just want to bring this issue to everyones attention...does anyone need any vitamin E? I have a whole bottle from syntholD..

i use BAC ALA and also have a few bottles of gnc brand i get for free...brown gel caps...so i assume its in liquid form...my piss smells and i get all the sides ALA gives you...so i dont think liquid or powder matters.

"Johnboy" posted a thread regarding the 450mg ala caps.......check it out. Also, ketosticks are the diagnostic criteria for determining ketosis.......not a smell test. Why not further post some info on your diet?-------BULKING, CUTTING, KETOSIS----EVERYONE WHO RUNS INTO A PROBLEM IS SO QUICK TO POINT OUT THE SUPLIMENTS OR THE GEAR!.......DIET!!! I have competed on the national level in the past and was very successful, I also help many people prepare for national level shows. Right now I am preparing to return to the stage at a national qualifier.. My diet, training, and knowledge is up to par believe me when I say that, we all can learn more but I am no dummy. I understand the keto sticks, but regardless that has nothing to do with the variation from 1 ala to another when it comes to your urine smelling like a sewer.. I have many kinds of ala and if I switch back and forth the only difference is when I use the 450 mg caps from synthold.. Now if you have an educated explanation for this, other than it being bogus, I'm will be more than willing to listen.
