Oh man! I just got back from the gym.. was doin a heavy chest workout. I had the most AWESOME workout!!! I'm all natural so far, and I made a personal best of repping 80 pound dumbells for bench, and 185lbs on incline for 6 reps. That may not seem like a lot to most of you, but for me that's pretty sweet. I also had 3 different people tell me I look bigger/thicker today than they have ever seen me before. I only started out at 1g/day as of today, and unless it's some kickass placebo.. that stuff works FAST! Now I see why everyone is raving about this shit!
