Oh man! I just got back from the gym.. was doin a heavy chest workout. I had the most AWESOME workout!!! I'm all natural so far, and I made a personal best of repping 80 pound dumbells for bench, and 185lbs on incline for 6 reps. That may not seem like a lot to most of you, but for me that's pretty sweet. I also had 3 different people tell me I look bigger/thicker today than they have ever seen me before. I only started out at 1g/day as of today, and unless it's some kickass placebo.. that stuff works FAST! Now I see why everyone is raving about this shit!

Excellent bro... good shit. Now help me with this ALA stuff. I just got some in the mail, but I'm confused as to how/what for/how much to use??? What kind of a diet are you on now, and what are your goals now---mass, fat loss, what? I'm on an ISO type diet with reduced cals to lose fat right now. I'm also running some mild, very low dose AS. Please advise on how to incorporate ALA here. Thanks.

Like I said, I've never done any AS, so I don't know what kind of dose is "best" for you. But what I do know is what I'm doing. I have a high protein, moderate carb diet goin on right now. I'm not cutting, but I'm trying to avoid gaining any fat, so I guess I'm pseudo-bulking. I'm going to start out at 1g/day for a week, then 1.5g/day for a week, and see how I feel from there. I expect I'll end up staying at 2g/day for a while when I get there. I figure that way I'll get the pump, and a little bit of help with clearing the glycogen from my bloodstream and flooding it into my muscles, preventing me from gaining much fat hopefully. If anyone has any suggestions for me, feel free to correct me or give me any constructive criticism. Try out the ALA bro.. I have a feeling you'll LOVE it. Good luck!
