ALA,glutamine, creatine..How much and when?

Yeah I read up on FONZ's posts. He said 400-600 per 75G of carbs.

Since I am cycling my carbs right now it will depend on how much I am eating.

ALA is definately the most underrated supplement. I stopped taking it for about 3 weeks and have noticed a difference.
