ALA and TKD/CKD?

i know you can use ALA during the carb up days for a CKD but what about on a TKD? how much ALA should you use after your postworkout drink? is it possible to get back in ketosis after consuming a carb postworkout drink if you consume ALA?
 
I was wondering the same thing. Only I was going to take in 50g of dextrose and 40g of whey first thing in the morning 30 min prior to workouts along with 100mg r-ALA which will help fill muscle glycogen and prevent high insulin spikes. That combination and HIT should keep you in ketosis. Some studies (I wish I had the references with me, sorry) show enhanced recovery and a decrease in net amino acid loss when consuming a pre-workout drink. Someone correct me if I'm wrong?
