I will be using TEST/EQ/FINA/WINNY to cut down on my nexy cycle. I am 11% bodyfat and want to drop to 8%. I will only be eating carbs post workout and on a cheat day once a week to keep my metabolism high. Can I take ALA or R-ALA before I have my post workout carbs or will it hinder my gains. Since my carbs will be super low would it be wise to do cardio 5x a week on an empty stomach to cut up much faster?
Also, do you guys think I can build muscle with very low carbs, high protein and moderate fat with that cycle? I am concerned of not feeding my muscles with enough carbs to properly recover but I want to get shredded. Tell me what you guys think. Thanks!
