I've been reading different things about ALA on this board.
I'm following the T-Dawg diet from testosterone.net. Pretty much it's a moderate protein/moderate fat and low carb diet (ketosis diet). In the plan there is only room for 30 carbs.
My question is: If I increase carbs and use ALA can I acheive ketosis?
Would taking 60 grams of carbs with close to a gram of ALA a day make my blood sugar seem like i'm only taking 30g carbs?
