A few people have reported getting fat...but i've seen tons more people who have lost weight....so it's hard to say that it was completly the ALA's fault.
As for ALA and Keto....these two are a great combo. Ketosis is one of the original reasons people started taking ALA. The ALA allows for more carbohydrate comsumption while still being able to maintain ketosis.
The nutrient partitioning / insulin mimicking properties of ALA tranport the glucose(carbs) to your muscles...out of your bloodstream. This helps to keep you in ketosis and helps with fat loss.
