ALA 300mg Liver Protectant

Thread is towards AF guys or anyone else...

My dog ate my traveling bottle of Gluc R.. I have a couple more bottles at my home but I wont be able to get to them for about 2 weeks.. I have a bottle of standard ALA 300mgs from Vitamin Shoppe I just bought.. How does this stuff work as opposed to the Gluc R... Just wondering what dose I take with my carb meals and I also use R-ALA for liver protectant with d-bol as well...

R-ALA is supposed to be more effective, but if you have regular ALA just use it bro.

Yea im going to use it.. I just wondered what the ratios were. Like with my R-ALA I take one cap per 25g carbs.. I know this stuff isnt as strong, so I was wondering what the normal dose was.. Im on a moderate dose of dbol as well, 50mg per day.
