Ok...so..I'm back...again...I've been out of the gym due to SAT's, football, school, and all the other stupid shit life throws at me.....its been about 5 months...2day i went to the gym...and holy shit...how much i have missed the gym...so now just for the fact i dont want my gym membership go to waste i signed up to the gym down the block..which is 700 a year....so i dont think ill just throw away 700...
anyway...i did a "welcome back day" today....
Incline DB Bench

*Used to do 60 for 12 reps x 3 sets..
Flat DB bench

*Used to do 65 for 12 x 3 sets...
Machine preacher curls
80 x 12

*Used to do 155 for 15 x 3
Abs 3 sets of 20...Last set used a 10 lb plate..
as u can see....the layoff from the gym fcked everything up...but now im back and its 99.9999999% definent because now that college is coming i wont be playing sports and have nothing left to do but play paintball and workout
