AIM Question?????????`

Does anyone know if there is a way on Aol Instant Messenger to see whose buddy list you are on. I'd like to know who knows when I'm on.

you can make it so only people on our buddy list or specific people can see you online, if you want. Check yoru privacy settings in Preferences.

did you guys hear about the flaw in AOL instant messanger..that hackers can gain control of your whole system...it freaked me out

yeah I heard of a vulernability with AIM last week. There is a fix out there for it. Don't know where it is right now but when I go to work tomorrow I can post the link.

I beliive that whatever happened with AIM this past week has been cleared up. When I watched the news they said that the problem would be corrected without users having to download something.
