AIM Help

For some reason I am unable to log onto my AIM from home. I get a connection lost error. This happened after I tried to connect to someone and send a file. Any ideas on how I can fix it?

I'm leaving for the airport shortly, so I expect to have this problem solved wehn I return from TN this evening.
 
Knoxville....from there I head over to Rogersville. Just a day trip....leave in a few and come back home this evening.
 
I think when George made up that elitecomputerhelpchat.com domain or whatever the fuck it is, it confused a bunch of people and they think this place is where we just debug all computer issues.
 
Insert your penis into slot A. The computer will take over from there and fix itself.

I can't help it if I'm a god when it comes to these things.

I've been busy as all fuck today at regular work. So much hate, so little time. Or network connection is fucking terrible and blah blah blah - bunch of shit that I'm all pissy about.

I've sent out a note to someone about a cool job opening I saw.

I don't know who plopped their genitals into your cold cereal of choice this morning, but they sure did unload about a gallon of something special from what I can tell.

As for the DVD issue, if you really really really care - like deep down inside you could feel youself rend open and something terribly smelly would spill forth if you couldn't possibly find any way around this - then, and only then - I would say just take it and have it done by a pro.
Otherwise, suck it up and reburn the fucker and use the busted up one as the most shiniriffic cock ring that you have ever laid hand nor eyes upon. Wear it proudly to work and don't be shy when showing it to your superiors.

That said, I'm with you on that whole "Code eats flaccid man meat" thing that you were alluding to up there.

1) Only secure between AIM clients and they both have to be using it and have it enabled and agree to the secure connection.

2) Also works with IRC

3) Doesn't work with Yahoo right now - Yahoo is trying to get rid of other clients that are hitting their servers - essentially getting a free ride without distributing the ad content that Yahoo serves. So I can't really complain too much.
On my system, if I start up Trillian with a Yahoo profile enabled, it will crash the program - I have to (mid crash) disable the Yahoo profile and then it will work.
