AIFM's good stuff, but got some ??

Is it not safe to use 4 pumps in the am and 4 more at night spaced 12 hours apart? I am very sensitive to estro and 2-3 twice daily doesn't seem to be enough.

Would I be better of with letro if I am needing this much AIFM?

I am impressed with this stuff though, it seems to work much better than the nolvadex has ever worked for me.

Also, how long should I avoid contact with clothing after applying this?

clothing shouldn't affect it, it doesn't seem to me, i rub it in until it's dry and sticky, i think it's already absorbed that quickly. i've seen them say it's ok to do 4 pumps. dam bro, how much gear are you running? i've been doing 1 or 2 pumps twice per day and not seen any sides yet from test e and c

2 sprays is A LOT so 4 has to be more than you need. You may start that high but you should come down after a week. That much can irritate your skin as well.

2 pumps twice a day should be more than sufficient for most people, unless you are well over a gram of test and estrogen sensitive

Out of curiousity, why doesn't AIFM contain dsmo? I was reading the ingredient list and everything is the same as when I homebrewed ph's back in the day except dsmo...

mac, yes I did cut my dosage back to 1 pump per day for now as I am using proviron as well. This stuff is very effective though since it dropped my estro to low when I was using 4 pumps 2x per day and I am very sensitive. I needed almost 2 mg letro per day to keep off bloat and gyno, so that is something to compare it to.
