While my friend and I were walking through the mall yesterday, those aids statistics were sitting in my mind. I was just thinking about if that ratio was equally distributed, which people in the mall would have aids. We got into a discussion about it, and came to this question. If you're about to have unprotected sex with a girl, and she is HIV positive, by law doesn't she have to tell you she has the disease? We believe that is a law. I then started to wonder if there was a law saying that if you're about to have protected sex with her, does she still have to tell you?
Are either of those even laws?
