I have tried it and it seems to help with my workouts.. i plan to use it more on my bridge though to save it.

Hello can someone clarify what a good dosage is for AICAR? I bought the 100 mg from greatwhite for my rats but i'm not sure what a good cost efficient dosage would be? Also what is the method of administration? Can it be consumed orally?

10-15mg every other day, but from what I've heard daily doses are even better, but obviously that will get really expesive fast!...and no it's not oral.

did you ever find out what is the best way to run this? I bought 12 vials of 100mgs and am now finding it impossible to narrow down how to use it. From what I have seen, I think I see running it 10mg-20mg ED is the way to go but I'm not certain. Also, you inject this sub-q, correct?

And for those of you saying Alcar is the same as Aicar it is not, Alcar is acetyl l-carnatine and Aicar is a peptide
