I just want to keep them within a normal range, as much as I possibly can while on AS.

I suggest you use AIFM for your AI then. Unless you have aromasin pills, AIFM is the most practical and effective.

Aromasin is your best bet. Add UDO's choice oil 3x/day to your diet along with fiber intake 2x/day, and you should see some improvement.

its effective. How much will depend somewhat on the compounds used. In the case where total cholesterol is suppressed, like as can happen on a tren/winstrol cycle (not reccomended), it may help to maintain HDL.

the only issue with RYR is whether it actually has lovostatin or not. Since its illegal to claim that it does (rediculous, but true)
