Does anyone know if taking an AI such as arimidex have any useful muscle building effects?
I predict no, but any possibility?

Ya, there is really no mass gain but it will reduce estrogen. You are better off with a phytotest or something that naturally boosts test levels without aromatization or shut down.

ur body does require some estro to build muscle. this would most likely eliminate all estro and hamper your ability to build muscle.
