Check it........I am soo stoked about being back on here.....i was hittin this site up for info on the regular when i was in the Marines...well while i was in i got a hernia, from carrying a fat guy during a practice combat evacuation.......3 months out of the gym, ok, well they screwed up the surgery, so it was 2 years out of the gym.....HOW HORRIBLE IS THAT!!! I started lifting again 9 weeks ago, and i have been using strict form, a strict diet, and for now i am not taking any supplements other than glutamine and protein......now that i have done my homework and i am using strict form i have seen more gains in 9 weeks then i did in 6 months back in the day.......i love lifting weights and i am currently doing 10 days out of the gym, im actually goin back today with a changed up routine and a whole lot of motivation.......oh and not to mention this 9 weeks im gonna be hittin up NO2 and CE2 since i work at GNC and it only costs me 55 a bottle......if anyone has any tips to throw my way since i guess im back at the beginner status, ill be glad to accept them...........Later Bros -Ryan
