If you burn glucose during exercise, you tend to burn more fat the rest of the day. If you burn fat during exercise, you burn more glucose during the day. It is therefore concluded that the type of cardiovascular exercise performed is irrelavant, so long as total calorie expenditure remains the same.

Interesting. I have to say from personal experience that I would agree!
 
it all comes down to maximun amount of cals burned in the time you have to do cardio... you have some time, make the most out of it
