I read in another post were OMEGA stated:

"Then you get to tap into a Classic Combo:
Use Half a Dose of lipoflame with Half a Dose of amplify02."

So does that mean...

ON DAYS:
1 Lipostim3 AM
2 Lipoflame(1/2 of dose) 30 mins prior to workout
4 Amplify02(1/2 of dose) prior to workout

OFF DAYS:
1 Lipostim3 AM
2 Lipoflame(1/2) Midday or Lunch

????

Well...
Im 26 yrs old, 6'3"; 200lbs; 11-12% bf
i do weight traing followed by cardio daily usually 4 oclock lift and 530 guerilla cardio(HIIT) or 25 mins on eliptical.

midday take 3 Lipoflame

Pre workout

2 Lipostim plus 6-7 Amplify02 caps

Let me tell u that i love the products so far... The lipostim3 and the lipoflame give me such focus almost feels like im high or something. Also i sweat like freakin hell... I love it...and amplify02 def gave me the biggest pump ive ever gotten in my life...love it :)

im a customer for life... I just wanna see whst results i get now...wether its ripped or ripped with a little mass gain :)

im def gonna be repping ur product a my gym :)

How long should it take for me to see some real results? 3 weeks? 4? I know this liposhred was being compared to CLEN
and i kno CLEN pills get u shredded pretty quickly, as from research ive done and a trainer who used it at my gym.

just hoping for an estimate time length.

I lift 5 days a week, lift for 1.5 hrs and cardio for 30 (12 mins if hiit)
im eating under maintenance and eating 200-220 grams of protein daily while trying to limit carbs
if i had to guess, im at about 11% bf
