It never stopped Condoleeza Rice.

True.
She just over compensates on everything...

Which just support what I said earlier.

Seriously - I know a Lier family.

There's daughter's name...

Chanda.

Seriously.
I mean SERIOUSLY!?!

Chanda Lier

A person's name has nothing to do with their qualifications , period end of story.

Of course it does not but a person's name will effect someone else's perception of someone else and it's not always necessarily a negative.

It's like when you are talking on the phone to a girl named heather or candy or
crystal or amber and you are picturing a hottie just due to her name.

depends on how racist the person reading the resume is. You could say the same thing about there address without the name. If you know they live in a mostly black community then you can make an assumption they are black.

Whole world makes assumptions no matter what race, black on white, white on black, asian on black, black on asian, white on asian, jew, arab, french, learn to recognize life isnt fair like that and adjust your own life accordingly because you aint gonna fight the power no matter where you are in the world.
