Age you started HRT?

(UPDATE: Ooops, sorry just realized how old this thread was. But hey, it was at the top of the forum so...)
You say you have all the "symptoms" but have you actually had your blood tested lately? If indeed you are still lower than normal (for normal let's say 300 mg/nl Free Test) after more than one and a half years of "natural" then you should consider TRT. If you are above that level then don't consider it (for now, although you may need it later) and if you are including several months of PCT in that time frame then remove those as well. From the date of your last PCT day to today, has it been more than a year? And are you still below normal levels? If so - TRT. If not, save yourself a lot of trouble for now and think about it when you're over 30.
That's just my advice as another human being who has gone through something similar. I'm not a doctor.
Also, for all the guys saying what age they STARTED, it would also be good to know what age you are now. In other words, how long have you been on? I trust the experience and opinion of a guy who has been taking 100mg per week of test for ten years over someone who cycled 700mg + Decca for several years before finally going on TRT permanently a few months ago. Knowwhaddamean?

I voted 20-25 (i'm 22). I haven't started yet, but I've been trying to get my natural levels up for over a year now to no avail. I have an appointment with the urologist I first went to to have my blood work done next week, I think it's time to look into TRT + HCG (and maybe Arimidex, I'm still looking into that).
I just went on HRT/HGH from one of the top clinics in the states.
I'm 35, here's my regimen....would appreciate insights. They said they wanted to start me off slowly, week 4 i'll do another blood test and they'll up it where necessary.
Tev Tropin HGH - 1.25 IU 5 days a week / 2 days off
Testosterone Cypionate: .5cc / week
HCG: 4 days after testosterone injection, 50 units per injection
Anastrozole: Begin at week 3
About 8 daily supplements. Milk thistle, DHEA, and a few others.

Started at age 39 and on it for life now
27 y/o just started trt a week ago. 200 mg/ml test cyp eow. self admin. This all started building up as over the past 5 years i completely lost any bit of sex drive and all my motivation on a daily basis. About a year ago I started the process of seeing doctors at the V.A to have a varicocele on my left testicle removed, Ive had this since at least 14 and its only gotten bigger over the years, my right testicle was also undescended at some point as a child and surgicaly pulled down. after doing some research I decided to ask my primary care doc for a blood test to check my levels, my test level came back 248-250. I asked if that was normal and she told me yes and that wasnt the reason for my lack of libido and interest in things. Come to find out 250 is deff low for me at 26 at the time. I was doing some pre op and asked my urologist about the test level and explained my situation and he had me do a blood test on my brain function to see if my body had the brakes on and couldnt push out a number higher than 250...... months go by and no phone call explaining my results, I called and never got returned calls so i gave up.. Eventually i decided to self admin test enanthate at 250 e/w i did this for two weeks till i had another pre op and told a diff urologist what i was doing and why. he called upstairs to the doc who never retuned my calls and got me an appt that day, I went up and he said "sorry u must have got lost in follow up" and that my test came back abnormal ( gee thanks) the next morning i saw a doc in the endo dept gave some blood and walked out with what i needed. test c at 200mg eow.. i have a 6 month follow up.. I know this is a long post but i would also like to ask if anyone has experienced this next thing..... now i know i have a huge varicocele thats getting removed next month , the teste that it is on the doc said is really soft and the right one that was undescended is tiny do u think this could cause low test or I also used to be hooked on drugs (downers) and am clean now but have been on the methadone clinic for 4 years, I will be off the clinic in 20 more weeks on a 1 mg a week detox. I have came all the way down from 120 mg ed. My doc said it could be the methadone that its possible the methadone screwed with my test level and even when i get off the clinic it could take a year for my body to cycle back to normal.. Does that sound right?

I started HRT at 34 due to my hypothyroidism. I take 3 grains of Armour Thyroid daily, .5 cc of testosterone cypionate weekly, and 20mg. of DHEA daily. I'm going to ask about HGH at my next follow-up. I don't know if I'll get my test raised or not. My estrogens and everything else is still good.

Hey buddy , I was hooked on down as well , methadone and suboxodone most def cause low test , even weed causes low test so think of our bodies haha , I'm lucky that I'm only 23 and mine is slowly but surely going back to normal , I think your doc is right but yeah u def need a boost like you've been doing with the test and such , if levels aren't up to par after being off of methadone for 3 months , You will most likely have to do TrT for awhile .. But methadone and test shots are not a great mix bro , there workin against eachother , glad to hear ur getting off the
