Age 17-First Cycle--Test/D-bol Cycle

Though... I have to admit that I started early myself. I was 18 when I first messed with Juice. However, knowing that I would get flamed for being so young and wanting to juice, I was smart enough to utilize the anonimity of the internet and tell everyone I was 25, thus avoiding the "you should wait" replies altogehter.

Before I start, this article I read wasn't about steroids, it used for treating test deficient teens, which is clearly not the case here. I'd also like to note that medical uses of test are far below what is used in cycles. Anyways, this article stated that bone growth and development will resume after around 6 months of the treatment stopping. Has anyone heard of anything like this? And if so, then are the high doses, not the actual test, is what causes ephyiseal closure?

Anyways, the dose in medical uses are 250mg every couple of weeks, not 500mg weekly. Bro, by the way you respond to other members of this board, clearly show that you are still a boy - trying to be a man. I'm not trying to put you down, that's the truth. If you decide to do it, so be it.

I believe it's actually the high levels of estrogen that usually accompany the high test levels in subjects that use steroids, that cause the halted bone growth.
 
Dude, you're messing with your endocrine system. I don't think you realize the possible long-term problems that can be associated with tinkering with an endocrine system that isn't fully developed yet.

Thats all I am going to say about this.

You'll have LOW test levels the rest of your miserable life...and you won't be big...far from it...your shoulder width will be pathetic....that's what being big is all about, shoulder width.


Basically, if you juice now, you will remain small the rest of your life. Sure you'll be a big 16 year old but everyone will catch up to you when they turn 19-20 when everybody grows NATURALLY. Then how will you feel...a juicer who's smaller than natural trainers...you'll feel like a bitch.

Somebody should call this kid's parents.
 
Well i say dont do it, but i remember how i was when i was 17 I thought i knew it all.

But you know what they say, sometimes it takes pain to make the brain a little smarter.
 
Can everyone honestly say how old they were when they started juicing.

And listen, One 10 weeks Cycle is nott gonna mess my test production for life, And I do have Clomid and Nolva, so why would it.

Ooooooooh...you have clomid AND nolvadex? I didn't know that...you should be all set to go then! Once you get your hands on those two, nothing can hurt you.
 
I'm with the other guys on this. You have only been working out for 2 years plus only weight 155lb. I one of those who thinks you will easier keep your gains when you get older if you build up a solid body natural without steroids.

I would wait atleast until I was 20 before any cycle, and as a first timer I would NOT go with the cycle you posted. I think for a newbie one could easily gain a lot with as little as 10mg dbol per day taken in the morning. I know guys who have gained a lot on this for a first cycle and keept it all.

Here are some tips to gain mass:

Do not focus on keeping fat low or eating too clean beause your affraid of gaining fat. Fat is potent shit, and witout enough fat in your food you will not stimulate testosterone enough to get most out of your diet/training. Even sat. fat is important for this.

If you weight 155lb, bump your calories with 500cals per day from the intake where you do not gain or loose any weight, shoot for 0.5kg every week as a gain and always go a little heavier on the movements. It doen't matter if it is 0.5lb you put on your bench from last time, even that little weight is more than nothing.

Eat when you need it:

Breakfast slow to medium carbs with fast and slow protein. For example hole grain bread, oatmeal and chicken or tuna with a proteinshake(whey).

Before workout: Slow carbs and slow protein, for example 50-80g carbs from pasta, and 30g protein from meat or some other slow proteinsource.

Post workout: high GI carbs and fast protein, 50g dextros with 50g Whey protein, also add in some vitamines, creatin and glutamin if you have afford.

1 hour post workoutshake meal
50-70g protein, 60-100g carbs, for example rice and chicken, pasta with red meat or fish or some other
Before bedtime, protein protein and protein. Also add fibers and some good fat.

I promise you if you just folow the tips above youwill put on a good pound every week. Get yourself a manual and write down every movement with reps/set and weight. Then when you enter the gym next time you just grab your manual, and do either more reps, or add weight.

NEVER EVER leave out the basic movements:

Squat, deadlifts, Chinups, some type of heavy chestpress. These movements will tae you from looking like Mr. Bean to Coleman in a couple of years. LOL


Remember, do not follow the examples in the magazines, programs and so on written by some "pro". Those sessions they do are often for excperiensed people with a recovery time like no one else(often to massive as "abuse". ).

If you feel you are not gaining, then just lower time in the gym to 3 days per week and always give yourself an "off" day the day after yoiur workout.
