After a couple of days I got it cleared up finally. It's not their fault really, they just have a VERY sensitive merchant (person who handles the money) by placing orders too close to each other they say I set off a fraud warning.
Customer service has been pretty good, but I wish they had a phone number sometimes its hard to convey problems over email.
Dealing with androusa, the other reccomendation I got from here...was amazing. They're easier than amazon.
