i dont recommend squirting it right in the back of your throat, it will burn like a mofo. i just drink some gatorade or dr pepper or something really strong, keep it in my mouth the squirt the liquid trash in and swallow quick.

I think that burning from AG Guys products has a lot to do with the delivery system.
