Good advice MR X. I think what he's getting at here is your BF %. Clen shouldn't be the staple for your fat loss goals. Diet and exercise should, once you reach a lower BF % and your ready to supplement your diet and exercise regime with drugs to hit your ultimate goals. Clen works great this way as it;s anti catabolic and helps your body hold on your your hard earned muscle.
