Well , not that much bro . See , I am really used to ECA , it doesn't make my BP increase at all . I am using it for 3 years straight as a pre-workout stimulant .
So , this is what I did . Wake up 9 am , take ECA , hit the gym . Back home at 12:00 and take my first CLEN DOSE , then at 17:00 take my second clen DOSE . And sometimes I would do HIT at 18:00 .
My metabolism was fired up all day . That is why I lost so much FAT .
I also made some changes to my diet and training .
