after the first cycle

hey bros,

Im planning on doing my first cycle soon. Its gonna be a bulking cycle consisting of test, EQ and dbol. Anyway, I was wondering, after Im done with the cycle, do I still need to be eating as much as I was while on it? Also, I probably wont be doing any more cycles after this first one for quite some time. Will all my gains vanish over time even if I continue to workout? Or will I be able to build upon my AAS induced gains through natural means (proper diet and training)? Thanks.
 
Keep eating as much to support the new muscle. Assuming you have not reached you "genetic potential" or whatever the fuck you want to call your body's natural limit, then you will keep by far most of it and yes you can still build on it naturally after clomid once your natural test has returned. Get blood work done before and after to see if your natural test goes back to where it was before. You won't regret that last bit.
Oh, and don't fool yourself, this won't be your last cycle. You'll probably do another sooner than you think.

Nathan is right on. listen to what he said.
 
You might have to experiment for a couple of weeks to see what you need calorie wise to support your new muslce. I would eat on the plus side at first that way you definatley shouldn't lose any muscle and if you notice your getting soft than just cut back from there.
 
right now im 180lbs, about 15% BF, 6'0". About how many cals should I aim for while on the cycle and then afterwards?
 
Like I said you will need to experiment, but the best metabolic calculator I have seen and it is veyy accurate for myself is at www.ast-ss.com Just start with whatever it tells you and make adjustments as you go along to meet your goals.
