i had the craziest most painful lowerback and hip pump.
i actually dunno if it was my hip, but today was squat day, and my lowback and sides of my butchecks wraping around my entire leg was beyond sore. they were so pumped that it was constant pain and i couldnt do anything but wait it out to stop, no matter what position i got in. iv never experienced anything like it before.
even tho this is more of a complaint than a question, since it will probably end up in the training forum ill go ahead and ask something:
why the hell did this happen, how do i stop it, and is it unhealthy/bad/detrimental
