After much consideration to relocation

and job searches, I decided to take the plunge. NOT easy for me because I like stability but there is no growth where I am now. Was a great experience her for the 6-1/2years, I've learned a hell of a lot.

I have three interviews set up for the next few weeks. One is with Smoothy King designing layouts of new francises.

I have had a few other interviews, but nothing was what I really wanted. Hopefully these will be a hit!

To me this could be the best move ever. You are being held back where you are currently and you know it. They will realize once you are gone how much of an asset you WERE! Of course, at that time, it will be too late! Good luck hun. You know you have all my support!

Though MOST of these people have been GREAT to me, I've endured some hard times becuase I am a woman in a mans dominating field. I've expanded to doing more than I was taken on to do and have been swamped and taken advantage of over and over. Ended up having a controling Engineer, boss...

I honestly can't complain about the company itself, more of my superior.
