after i finish my deisel cycle

i have had substantial gains alrighty 15 days into my deisel cycle. just wondering what my WORKOUTS should look like when i start my PCT. should i stick with 5-6 days only working one muscle group a day? or.. full body workout each day? any info would help. thanks!

I find it best to keep hitting it hard and test to see what gains you've kept. Too many guys take it easy and that's when you start to slip.
