Lately i have been spending a lot of my nights studying for finals and doing work. I eat close to 3500 calories durign the day following a very good mass builiding diet. After 10 oclock, should i avoid high GI carbs if go to bed, lets say, at 3. Or should i avoid them after 1?

I am aware but the question has to do with the time. When is it TOO late?
 
If you are not going to exercise at night then do as diamond said.I personally believe you should not eat many carbs after 7:30 pm unless you workout at night time.
