Not bad at all, maybe have a small salad w/ 1 tbsp. olive oil and 1 serving of tuna or chicken. Add some fiber to that and you'll do great....15g psyllium husk Mr.X

Olive oil is a healhy EFA, makes a good adition to a salad. You are NOT having high calories w/ a simple salad, you are probably in the 150-200cal range for the most part. Mr.X
