During your Clomid terapy try with 10 grams of creatine monoidrate and 10 grams of L- Glutamine (5+5 in the morning before breakfast and 5+5 after your WO), this works fine 4 me and help me to keep my gains.
Remember to alwais take sone sugar with creatine to help absorption.
Use that intake of Creatine and Glutamine also in rest days, and if u feel sore try to up the glutamine to 15/20 grams.
