What is everyone doing after they cut/lean up lose that fat,tone up and get that definition........ Me I am gonna try maintaining the weight without trying to put on any Fat after springbreak until summer...Gottaa Look good for the Beach :/ than I will Start To Bulk ,BUT THIS TIME i will do it perfect,no more thinking I can bulk with 2cheatmeals a day,CHICKEN,STEAK,PORKCHOPS..............

Yeah after i reach my goal, i'm going to maintain for awhile, than slowey begin to bulk again....

well, at this time last year i was almost 225 (i'm now 168). So yes, i have an amazing capacity to gain..cough...cough...weight.

Since then, i've learned alot about buling, and cutting. I"ll get up to 190 with ease, and cut to 175.
 
i dunno im kinda worried about it,cause you know the advantage of newbies......first couple of months get super muscle gains..........shit im like 2years into lifting.........1st year lots of screwing up and past september2001 i got serious and cleaned up my act ,i hope i can gain some mass,

1st year of lifting i was like OH IM FAT let me starve oh im skinny and me Eat

yep,i wanna bulk without having my stomach bulge out :/ especially lower stomach gives me the most probs,if i can bulk to 180ish-190 clean and add some good LBM i will be the happiest white boy in town hahaha
 
Anyone know where I can read an outline for a good bulking diet? I dont think ill start that until next school year starts.

Thank you... I feel like a fatso right now, not real high bf% just the "bulge" thing going on... but I'm committed to see this thing through (as I stuff my face even though I'm sick of eating right now). :)
 
I'm gonna bulk right through spring break and start cutting at the beginning of April and keep cutting until May 18th the BB Show date, and right after that go into bulking again to get 200-210lbsof LBM by the end of the year.

thats what I'm working for!
