This is my first cycle. 10mg /day var.
Lost 3% gained 10 lbs lbm

I'm going to try to post the link to a bigger picture- I just need to figure out how first. I've kept the dosage at 10 mg b/c I'm planning on doing a long cycle. Probably 16 weeks. I used spanish ox at first and now am on papervar I'll let ya know how that stuff is.

Smokin! I weigh the same at 5'7 but nowhere near 11.5% bodyfat. NICE WORK!
