New update BF is now below 6% used my calipers twice and got a reading of 5.1% the first time and the second time 5.3%
Had them done once at the gym with their's and got a 5.6%.
So only minor discrepincies.

Eventhough I lost some size and strength my abs never looked better. 100% better than in my avatar. Can't wait till april when I start mt cutting cycle this way I can get some size to add to the rip!
