yes, but you will want to low dose the yohimburn (more of a preventative accumulation in those areas.

I dont know if it is just me but I used the YES about 20 minutes before I hit the gym and I had crazy energy..maybe I was excited about the supps or whatever but I dunno..I did make my nipples tingle like a mutha. Kinda felt good...

super fast....as was ag-guys! this is my second week on yes sesa gluco...Ive noticed a little tightening in the nipple area and not so much in the lower abs..it has only been two weeks and I have only done 6 cardio sessions. But It seems to be working..

week three and I definately notice an improvement in the nipple area not much on the lower abs...I can see my top four but I have a "spare tire" right at my belly button and under that im still trying to get off. right now probably under 14% bf..the last time I got it taken I was at 14.6% so well see how it goes..give it another two weeks..
