Honestly haven't noticed anything different from the R-ALA other than not having a heart burn. I've been taking b/w 600mg-800mg/day.
Some things that I dislike in the comparison b/w the 2 ALA's is that the mixed ALA I hardly ever got sick, and now w/ R-ALA i'm sick as a dog. And as far as pumps go, w/ the mixed ALA I actually had great pumps, w/ the R-ALA the pumps do not compare.
Maybe it's too soon to tell, i'm not bashing just telling you what I've felt/noticed.
