AF Store, supplement Dosing, question

First off, Props to AF. I'm using their, PurCEE / Yohimburn / T-rex / & green Tea.......... all good shit!

Recently picked up some Glucerol R and some Cardio Breeze. Wanted to know how do I dose these? Just take 1 Glucerol R per 30g of carbs 15 mins before a meal right? Should you take Glucerrol R, if your not eating carbs in a meal, or at bedtime or anything? Or only before carb meals?

2nd doseing question about cardio breeze. I'm taking 4 T-Rex's and 3 AF Green Tea's daily. How many cardio breeze's should I take? It says to start off with 1 and to do no more than 8. But I'm on so much pre-workout supp's and gear right now, I doubt I'll even notice the cardio breeze. But regardless, for those of you who take it.................how many are you taking a day.

Glucorell R should be taken with carb meals. If you're not eating carbs then skip it.
The clinical dose is 600mg/day. If you want to use that amount but you don't eat enough carbs during the day to make it to 600mg because let's say you only eat 100gr of carbs then take the additional needed to reach 600mg when you get up in the morning.

Most people can take much more cardio breeze than they can Trex. You didn't say why you're using Cardio Breeze if you're already using Trex. If it's because you want to do empty stomach cardio and can't take Trex on an empty stomach then the answer is take two cardio breeze when you get up.

I take my cardio breeze and trex when i wake up and within 30 minutes i'm flying.
