AF Store Most Improved Physique Contest. We'd put up $100 in supps plus $200 cash for first prize and $50 supps plus $100 for second prize. One male and one female catagory.
AF will host the pics for those that don't have a place and there needs to be a format of stats that everyone has to include. Weight, Height, Waist, , type of training is a must, and what they are taking (legal supps only).

Ok a lot of bros are interested in doing this contest and I think it would be an awesome contest for motivating a lot of bros for getting jacked out of their skulls.The contest would not be a competition of the biggest or most riped but the most improved overall physique.So if you were a monster when you started you better be a super monster after the 4 months in order to win.I do not know were to go or who to talk to for the contest to be official just know a lot of bros want to do it and it would be a really positive thing to get a lot of people motivated around here to busting their ass and we would see some great improvements in a lot of physiques.If any1 can guide me as to who to talk to for this thing to be official please le me know by way of email or PM.

.As far as the rules I dont know take pictures at the begining with a newspaper and at the end of the 4 month period with a newspaper also.I guess a mod would be able to get the rules set and such?
